Scott couldn't wait for summer this year, so he could introduce Addyson to the swimming pool...with a good ol' dunk! Now, now...before you go saying "What?" or "How could he!", it's not as bad as it sounds...He started this "tradition", if you will, with Bryleigh, so it was only natural to do this to Addy too. First let me say, Addyson LOVES the water. She takes after her daddy with that one. Bryleigh and I love the water too, but at a different pace. Addyson would dive head first if she could only figure out how to squirm out of our arms.
So after getting her used to the water we all gathered around and counted and on the count of three under she went. This picture was taken right after she came up...no harm done! And I think if she could have figured out how to do it again, she would have.
As for Bryleigh, she is a regular fish. Aunt Staci volunteered to give swim lessons and we jumped at the opportunity. She did AMAZING! And after a week and a half of lessons was on her own. She loves going underwater to get the toys, but only with her Disney Princess goggles of course. We are very proud of her and can't believe our baby girl is about to be 4! Where has the time gone?
