Happy New Year!

This year we sat down as a family and thought about what we wanted our "family motto" to be this year. This is something new for us, but I was excited to get the hubs and kids involved in determining how our year was going to be outlined!

So without further ado, here is the Liles Family Motto: "Live simple and celebrate the small things."

Ahhhh, I just love the sound of it.

This fits our family perfect this year. There are going to be some big changes and big sacrifices made this year and so living simple will be GREAT!

As far as the second part to our motto, well, everyone celebrates the BIG things, like birthday's, holiday's and such, but what about the little things? A great report card? Celebration. A cheer competition? Celebration. A kind deed done? Celebration. The little things are soooo important too!

So, there you have it.
